Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-8 business days. We like to keep things efficient when it comes to logistics — the less time your sunscreen spends in a warehouse, the better.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping At Evil Ray, we genuinely want to get sunscreen into as many hands as possible. Which is why we offer free standard shipping on all website orders within Australia. Our finance department hates the idea, but fortunately, they don’t make the calls around here.
Wholesale Shipping For wholesale customers, shipping charges may apply depending on order size and location.
International Shipping Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. But, we are working on it.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Evil Ray Operations Pty Ltd is not responsible for delayed or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Shipping Delays Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or events outside our control. We’ll always do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by third-party carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Items purchased from retail partners (i.e. not from our website)
- Items returned used, damaged, or not in original condition
Refund Eligibility Check
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage may not be approved for a change of mind refund.
Submitting a return
You can submit a change of mind return by following these simple steps:
- Check that your items are eligible for a return.
- Email hello@evilray.com
- Pack the returned item/s, together with your proof of purchase and mail to: 224 9-12 HOOD STREET COLLINGWOOD VIC 3066
We recommend using a trusted shipping provider with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for any parcels lost on their way back to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at hello@evilray.com as soon as possible, with photos included. If we reasonably determine that the goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. This process usually takes up to 14 business days.
Original shipping fees (if applicable, such as for wholesale orders or international shipments) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind: customer covers return shipping
Faulty or incorrect items: we will reimburse your return shipping costs if we deem that the product is faulty or incorrect, following our inspection of the returned product.
